What We Collect

When you browse this site, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are visited and how — this collects general information like pages viewed, approximate location (city/region level), and device/browser type. We do not use this to identify you personally.

If you make a purchase in our shop, sign up to volunteer, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email, and phone number — so we can process your order, confirm your volunteer signup, or respond to you.

Cookies

We use a small set of cookies and browser storage: Google Analytics cookies, and local browser storage to avoid showing you the same promotional popup too many times. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.

Payments

Shop purchases are processed through Square. We never see or store your full card details — Square handles payment processing directly and securely.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to run PTO operations: fulfilling shop orders, coordinating volunteer opportunities, and communicating with our school community. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for parents, guardians, and staff of South Forsyth Middle School. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Your Choices

If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you (such as a past volunteer signup), email us at website@sfmspto.com and we'll take care of it.
